B2C (Business to Customer) Seminars and Workshops

• Vydiatech LMS provides Seminars and Workshops Booking software for all its users wherein the client can create Seminar or Workshop and receive payments when the attendees want to book the Seminar or Workshop.
• Administrator can attached speakers and their profiles to the seminar or workshop to allow the attendees to view the speakers and their profile before booking the serminar or workshop.
• Seminars and Workshops can be arranged by the Affiliates as well on profit sharing basis which is computed and provided as a report of the revenue collection in real time.
• Upon successful registration and payment for a conference the attendees get a pass in an email with a UNIQUE code which has to be printed out and presented when attending the Seminars and Workshops.

B2B (Business to Business) Seminars and Workshops

• Vydiatech LMS provides Seminars and Workshops software for all its B2B users wherein the corporate account owner / supervisor can request the administrator to create and host an on demand Seminars and Workshops for the organization itself.
• Administrator then creates the Seminars or Workshops and attaches the corporate account to the Seminar or Workshop. In the same time administrator attaches the Speakers / Authors to the account and also allocate a date and time of the Seminar or Workshop. An Automatic Invoice email is issued to the corporate account.
• On Successful Invoice payment the Seminars and Workshops is confirmed and corporate account owner / supervisor can allocate attendees to the Seminar or Workshops which are essentially the employees of the Organization.
• Each employee gets a UNIQUE code which has to be printed out and presented when attending the Seminars and Workshops.

Vydiatech LMS provides the facility of issuing Certificate of attendance to all the attendees of each of the Seminars and Workshops that has been attended.
