At Vydiatech we train our clients to understand the difference between their current Classroom training and an e-learning course. Our E-learning Specialists educate our clients on the steps of converting their existing training material into a professional e-learning course that can be delivered over desktops and mobile devices.

Our eLearning Specialists work directly with clients and take the raw content from their Authors / SMEs in form of PowerPoint Presentation , Document Files, PDFs , Excel Sheets, Images, Question Banks, Glossary Items, Case Studies and Resources etc.

Once the material is received our eLearning Specialists start processing this data and start creating professional eLearning course material which is then presented to the client for approval and amends

Once Finalized, the eLearning Specialists then ask the authors to start Voice recording for the E-learning course regarding each slide. At this stage if an external voice over is required we help in finding and providing one directly to the customer. We normally suggest clients to record the courses in-house as that helps in better course delivery, fewer errors as the authors know the content better. Also this helps in cutting costs and updating the course as well.

Once the voice recordings are received and approved, Our E-learning Specialists synchronizes the audio and visuals components and creates the final E-learning course. This then undergoes Quality Control to remove issues (if any) and final course is delivered into the client’s Learning Management System (LMS).

All correspondence and material of each stage is stored in our Course Processing System for traceability.
